One (more) new player?

So, yeah, hi everyone!  I'm terrible at introductions, so do forgive me, but I'll do my best.  Name's Ryo, or Ryochan, or whatever other variation off the name you can come up with (trust me, there's been a few).  I've been RPing for longer than I'd care to admit, though I've been out of the loop for a few years due to school and work killing me, so I do hope you'll forgive my random mistakes with Dreamwidth and any awkwardness that's obviously (A) New Person Akwardness (B) Hasn't Been In RP for Years Awkwardness.

That said, I'm bringing in this rather obscure character.  His name's Arslan.  He's from a book/manga/anime called The Heroic Legend of Arslan.  There's not a whole lot to say about him, but I'll give you a few random tidbits:

- He's a nice guy, but don't think that makes him a pushover; also don't cause trouble with his friends, he's canonly threatened to take someone's life/head over a lie that put a friend/ally in danger
- He's 14, almost 15, at the time I am drawing him from.  Technically, he's an adult in his world and time
- Said time is about 320AD in Persia, now Iran, though it's called Pars for him
- Probably has some daddy issues...
- He's bringing along a pet eagle named Azrael.  I don't have a secondary journal for him, though this Dreamwidth journal says I do, but I feel I should warn that said bird is very loyal to Arslan, and if anyone ever needs or wants to get hurt, well, try attacking Arslan and we can take eyes out (also canonly done by said bird)

OMG IT'S RYOCHAN!

You know what else is amazing? I recognized your Arslan account before I looked at your name or your aim username. I should probably introduce myself since you would have no way of knowing who I am yet 8D. But I'm excited!. This is Mew... or you might recall I used Jade/Mew interchangeably. Still do really! I played Alois Trancy in Medius Terra. It's good to have you aboard XD, so to speak!

Holy crap, I heart Arislan/Arslan so much! That was probably the first series I ever got into.

Adol! I can't play the series well, but I love watching Ys longplays :). And it's so awesome to meet more people who know the series. I do hope you were able to watch the Japanese, however, since the English messed up the plot.
