+1 Ice Person

Hi folks, this is MaxSalsa. This isn't my first rodeo, though it's the first time in a while I've picked this muse back up: Rikka Hishikawa, from Dokidoki Precure, the tenth (and current) season of the venerable Pretty Cure franchise of melee-spec magical girls that love team supers and fairies. (Rikka's is Raquel, whom you might see from time to time; he's a blue plushie with long, floppy ears and a diamond motif, and if he's talking, it'll look like this.) Rikka herself is a bookworm, and has a fairly strong sense of duty that will keep her on her ill-gotten mission to the end. She also happens to have access to her magical form, Cure Diamond, who is fast, strong, and has ice powers in a pinch.
