Amanda-mod/Barbossa-mun here with a public service announcement. Well, not so much the announcement as the service but. Trifles.

I'm putting together a Pirate Primer, because your characters will be given minor, no doubt slip-shod instruction on the basics of sailing and pirating. Right now it's in no way complete, and I have huge sections and chunks of sections to add, so it will be an evolving thing for a while, but the basics you'll need to know are at least up, and I'll be polishing off the slang and adding to the sailing sections today.

Either way, there it is, feel free to make use of it/ask questions/bug me for stuff you'd like to know about, since pirates are kind of my thing. o/
