Who loves to dive into money, swim around like a porpoise in it, and make even more money?! That's right! Here's Scrooge McDuck from the classic Disney series DUCKTALES WOO HOO!

For anyone that is unfamiliar with the series or the character here's a little about Scrooge:

Like his name implies he has such a love of money that he can sometimes lose sight of what's truly important, is willing to take great risks to increase his wealth, and is quite the pinch-penny. Usually he'll see the error of his ways and amend his actions, or line of thinking. He's a bit impulsive, and an adventurer in his own right. He's has an interest in old legends and often goes on explorations looking for lost treasure. Despite his sometimes quick temper he has a heart of gold! He'll even rescue his worst enemies when they're being faced with possible demise.

Gold may be one of his greatest loves, but his family comes above all that.

This is Mew introing my fifth and final character to the game! This time it's Haruka Nanami from Uta no ☆ Prince-sama ♪.

Haruka is a kind-hearted, sensitive girl, whose greatest wish is to bring happiness to others through song. That being said she’s also very timid, unsure of herself with a lousy sense of direction. When she was younger she wasn't a healthy child, and because of this she was sent to live with her grandmother in the country. Said grandmother taught her how to play the piano and helped encourage Haruka's love of music. She can be prone to panic attacks, she's a bit naive, and she always tries to be very supportive of her friends and their dreams!

Unlike most the people she's met at Saotome Academy for the musical arts she's training to become a composer and not an idol.

♦ ALL CHARACTERS IN THE GAME SHOULD HAVE A TAG! Please use these anytime you create or comment on a post in piratejournal and high_seas! This will make it much easier for YOU if you ever want to go back and find a post your character tagged into! If your character doesn't have a tag, let a mod know and we'll create one ASAP.

♦ For the sake of clarity and making things easier to read, all piratejournal posts & tags should be marked with some version of [WRITTEN] or [VOICE]. And remember that those are the only two methods of communication the journal has! They DO NOT have video!

♦ As you form crews or join the ones that already exist, please be sure to let us know over on the Ship Registry / Crews page! Also, we suggest making Plurk cliques with your crew members, or maybe even setting up a separate community for your crew. It makes it easy to keep in touch with everyone on board your ship and gives you a convenient place to plot, etc!

Yeah, so the game really isn't meshing with me. The premise is great, the people are great, but sadly it's just really not for me. Thank you all for being so welcoming and I hope you guys have a good time here.

I've already gave my crew mates a heads up but I want to say again how sorry I am for leaving and to thank you for letting me in on everything. I wish it could've worked out but it hasn't and it's not fair to you guys for me to idle around and not do anything.

Cross probably wouldn't have left anything other than a thank you note to the crew for letting him on the ship and not hucking him overboard.

Hello, I am Belmont and I'm a brand new player to your game! Having heard about all sorts of awesome stuff that happens from your Jade Curtiss player, I decided to join too!

I bring you one Adol Christin, the main character from the criminally underrated Ys Series. He likes adventuring for the sake of adventuring and he actually does know how to sail! Except he seems to have this problem with shipwrecks. Bad things tend to happen to him on boats about a quarter of the time.
