+1 Water Dragon Princess
Hi. My name's Kally, I'm new here, and I bring to this game my OC, Kosuiryo.
She's from Heian period Japan (known as Nippon by Kosuiryo) and she's a Water Dragon Princess who lives Underwater (capitalized) and wants so badly to explore the Surface (capitalized), where she is fascinated by everything from forks to the novelty of drinking a cup of tea. She's a big hero back home because she found the legendary hero, Hidesato, who defeated the terrible Centipede terrorizing her family, thus, saving Kosuiryo's unborn brother from certain death (long story).
As a Water Dragon, she can transform into a dragon, but because a dragon the size of a plane wouldn't do in this setting, she's losing that ability. Also, her water based powers are receiving a downgrade since the game is surrounded by water. She'll have her water moving power downgraded, so no giant waves -- but she can still slap someone with water, so be warned.
