YOOOO, HEYYY. My name is Fidgey and I'm new to this place, completely and utterly. Seriously, I don't know why I haven't thought of joining this game before— pirate themed stuff is rad.
I'm bringing with me Jake English from the extensive and complicated webcomic known as Homestuck. For those familiar with the series, I'm taking him right before Aranea heals his mind.
For those not-so familiar with the series, Jake is a 16 year old who grew up on a little island inhabited by monsters all by himself after his grandmother died when he was roughly 5. Jake is obsessed with guns, movies, wrestling other people, comic books and.. blue colored women. He talks fancy-schmancy with a peculiar accent— imagine a nasaly Australian voice, if you will— and tends to get flustered very easily.
Jake is really nice but a little dense, so you may have to be patient with him. He also will be writing in a booger green font.
If you'd like to opt out of hideous green font and fourthwalling (especially if your character is from a well known movie), I have a post here.
