Sashay into the 10th day where the shards seem even dimmer than before. This is possibly a great strain on them...or something big is stirring elsewhere. It's difficult to say. In either case, nothing happens until the evening when 10 comforters of various styles and colors, with a quality fit for kings (or at least well placed lords) arrive folded up in the various quarters. They are nothing more than comforters, though soft and very warm which you will need because it's going to be a mix of snow and freezing rain for the next week or so.
